Gayle Rust Gustafson

Gayle has thirty-eight years executive management experience in credit unions, having held leadership roles in consumer, mortgage and business lending, collections, branch operations, sales and service, human resources, marketing, sales, and compliance. She is currently the SVP/Chief Lending Officer at iQ Credit Union in Vancouver, Washington, is a member of the Executive Team, leads all Lending teams, and is responsible for loan portfolio performance management, delinquency and charge-off controls, and applying analysis to drive loan program and product decisions.

Jill Rothenberger is the Vice President of Consumer & Mortgage Lending at Dupaco, a $2.0 billion community credit union located in Dubuque, Iowa. She is a passionate credit union advocate and leader, and a respected coach and mentor.
Jill joined Dupaco in 2004. Today, she oversees the credit union's Personal Lending division, including mortgage, consumer and student loans, and indirect lending. Jill possesses the powers of creative planning and strategic execution. And she uses them to improve the financial lives of Dupaco's 180,000+ members.
Jill's accolades include the Dubuque Telegraph Herald's "Rising Star Award" (2014), and the Women's Leadership Network's "Women of Achievement: Organizational Impact Award" (2020).
Joseph Walsh
President & CEO | Direct Federal Credit Union
Joe Walsh has been the President & CEO of Direct Federal Credit Union in Needham, MA since June 2014. Joe started his career at Direct Federal in 1991 as Vice President of Operations and spent most of his time as Senior Vice President of Lending. Prior to joining Direct, Joe worked for The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Deloitte & Touche, and BankBoston. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Holy Cross in 1983, majoring in Economics. In 1989 he received his MBA from Babson College, concentrating in Finance. Joe is a lifelong resident of the Boston area.
