Survey sent to CU CEOs to help shape America’s Credit Unions
Credit union CEOs were sent a survey last week to help shape the proposed America’s Credit Unions, should the merger be approved.
CEOs were sent an email to whitelist to ensure the survey’s delivery; please reach out to NAFCU Member Services via email or at 800.344.5580 with questions.
Continuing the ongoing effort to collect feedback on the proposed merger and what products and services the new association should offer, the survey seeks insights into credit union leaders’ expectations on timeline, focus areas, areas in need of transformation, communication preferences, and more.
Jim Nussle, who will lead the proposed America’s Credit Unions, recently announced NAFCU and CUNA staff who will spearhead key transformation teams during the merger process. In addition, Nussle begins holding CEO virtual forums this week to listen to and learn from members’ feedback.
The member vote on the merger is open until 5 p.m. Eastern Nov. 1. Additional details of the proposed merger can be found online.
