NAFCU webinars on BSA training, AML model validation happening this week
NAFCU this week will host two educational webinars: one webinar today on anti-money laundering (AML) model validation and one webinar Thursday on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training.
During today's webinar, compliance professionals will hear from regulatory compliance consultant Justin Muscolino on the background and details of the creation and implementation standards of AML model validation. Attendees will explore regulatory requirements, discover key components included in a model validation, and receive an update on where regulatory pressure to complete a model validation may come from.
