NAFCU concludes 2023 MLI; register now for 2024
NAFCU wrapped up its 2023 Management and Leadership Institute (MLI) in Annapolis, Md., Friday. The intensive five-day program prepared attendees to take their careers to the next level and lead their credit unions into the future.
To kick off the event, attendees heard from renowned author, speaker, and consultant John Spence on what it takes to become an extraordinary leader, including the characteristics, skills, attitudes, and behaviors required of outstanding future leaders.
Throughout the week, attendees learned about:
- harnessing the power of data;
- digital transformation in financial services;
- investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion;
- ethical leadership;
- employee experience; and
- charting career paths.
