Moody's Assigns Above-Average Mortgage Servicer Rating to Dovenmuehle
Moody’s Investor Services (“Moody’s”) has assigned Dovenmuehle a primary servicer quality assessment of SQ2 (Above Average) as a servicer of prime mortgage loans. Moody’s specifically noted Dovenmuehle’s collections performance, borrower contact strategies, default enforcement, comprehensive borrower complaint monitoring, and response protocols as above-average. According to Moody’s, “The company has an experienced senior management team and continues to invest in technology including a new mobile application and network security monitoring tool. Dovenmuehle successfully managed operations during the COVID-19 pandemic by transitioning the majority of servicing employees to a remote working environment.”
