Day 2: NAFCU's CEOs Conference highlights innovation

On today’s agenda, attendees will hear the keynote address from innovation expert Robbie Bach, a former chief Xbox officer for Microsoft. The agenda will also feature several sessions tackling key industry topics, including:

  • building talent;
  • power of CRM; and
  • the new era of branches.

In addition, attendees will join NCUA Vice Chairman Kyle S. Hauptman and NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger for a Q&A on the upcoming challenges to the credit union industry and what the vice chairman sees as opportunities for credit unions to innovate and grow.

Yesterday at the conference, Berger and NCUA Board Member Rodney Hood discussed agency initiatives during a fireside chat. Read Hood’s remarks here
