Berger's leadership, marijuana banking featured in The NAFCU Journal
The July-August issue of NAFCU's award-winning magazine is available online now. This edition features a special look inside Dan Berger's first five years as president and CEO of NAFCU, and details the current standing of banking with marijuana businesses.
The bimonthly magazine, The NAFCU Journal, can be accessed through the association's website.
"Growth, Vision and Unrelenting Advocacy" provides an inside look at the leadership of Berger. The article notes Berger's work with the association's board and staff, various legislative and regulatory challenges faced and how NAFCU has come to build the best compliance and education programs in the industry.
This edition of The NAFCU Journal also includes "Banking Marijuana Businesses," which highlights that careful monitoring and consideration are paramount in this realm of banking.
In addition, the July-August issue features NAFCU's 2018 NAFCU Annual Award Winners and the 2017 NAFCU Annual Report.
Also included in this edition are:
