In his current role in the Analytics and Scores Development team, Mr. Lee is an analytic reviewer for FICO® Score model developments in the U.S. and internationally. Tommy’s recent accomplishments include playing an integral part in the research, design, and development of FICO® Score 10 & FICO Resilience Index. Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Leanne Marshall is an experienced credit risk professional with over 16 years of hands-on knowledge and expertise in managing credit lifecycle strategy design. She is currently a Principal Consultant with FICO in North America specializing in risk segmentation, authorizations, collections, and credit line management for financial services. Leanne works regularly with credit unions and banks across the US helping to build more profitable strategies while maintaining an acceptable level of risk. Her most recent accomplishments include improving collections strategies to more effectively use digital communications in customer outreach and expanding credit availability for customers who have shown positive payment behavior. Leanne is a Colorado native who currently resides in Denver with her husband, three children and two dogs. She is a graduate from the University of Nebraska and holds a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Sociology.
