Let's Get Extreme

When Dan Berger took the reins of NAFCU, he started uttering a phrase over and over. 

Extreme member service. 

Credit unions and trade association are a lot alike on this point: without members, what's the point?

So our goal is to provide extreme member service to you whenever we can.  And we utter that phrase every chance we get around here.

So, I'm in the office of my colleague Eric (our IT Guru) the other day.  And what do I see?

Nice.  And then I walked down the hall, and this was outside of the office of Barbara, another colleague.

I know that it is extremely difficult to hit this mark of service consistently.  But that is the goal.  Pure and simple.  I know that excellence is more than slogans.

All that being said, I just love seeing stuff like this.  (Feel free to copy this idea shamelessly.  I'd just change the logo.)
