Mignonne serves as a Director in our Risk Assurance practice and has nearly 20 years of mortgage experience in a variety of roles including mortgage servicing, default servicing and servicing quality control. Mignonne has worked various audit and compliance roles and has extensive experience in compliance, internal controls, risk assessment, and operational processes within the mortgage industry. 

In her various roles, she audited mortgage banking processes including origination, processing, underwriting, pre-funding and post-closing quality control, human resources, vendor management, governance and risk, and information technology. In her previous roles, she also audited mortgage servicing processes for forward and reverse mortgages, including interim servicing and subservicing oversight, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, escrow, MIP billing, payment processing, payoffs, vacant property registration, REO, property preservation, customer service, and complaints.

Vice President of Business Development | Dovenmuehle

Anna Krogh joined Dovenmuehle in 2022 as the company’s Vice President of Business Development. In this role, her responsibilities include growing Dovenmuehle’s client list by sourcing new prospects and fostering and developing long-term relationships and clients. She has more than a decade of experience in the financial services space and comes to Dovenmuehle from Associated Bank, where she served as the Senior Vice President, Sales Team Leader, following a promotion from Vice President, Treasury Management Officer. In addition to Anna’s prior experience in treasury and cash management sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase, she began her career in loss mitigation at Bank of America.
