Sure, we complain about our jobs sometimes. But I'm guessing down deep, we love what we do. What is it that you love about your job? I'm not talking about the trappings of the job, such as pay or the title. But what characteristics do you like?

• Is it the challenge?
• The flexibility to attack your day as you see fit?
• Does it push you to be creative?
• Ownership and responsibility?

I don't need to know why you you like it. But it is something for you to think about. 

Now, here's the thought of the day. 

Take the things that you like about your job. Can you replicate those things for others at your credit union? Can you photocopy your job's characteristics, and give them to other positions?

Just a thought.

The results are in from Tuesday's poll. There's a little bit of drama out there. The data seems to slightly lean toward having more drama than we expect. But that's not the case for everyone.
