Latest Compliance Monitor reviews 2021 regulatory compliance rules, guidance
The new edition of NAFCU's Compliance Monitor – a member-only, digital compliance resource – features a round-up of federal regulatory compliance rules and guidance finalized in 2021, as well as what compliance professionals can look out for in the next year.
Of note, the Monitor highlights two recently updated resources published by NAFCU: the Book of Answers, a 400+ page resource of Q&As on various regulatory topics from the Bank Secrecy Act to Regulation Z, and the Compliance 101 Manual: Building Blocks for Compliance Skills, which is a great resource for those transitioning into a compliance role.
In addition, the association encourages members to take the compliance assistance survey. The survey collects feedback on what compliance assistance resources members find helpful and how NAFCU can provide more value to members.
NAFCU's award-winning Regulatory Compliance Team publishes several other resources in addition to the Compliance Monitor to keep credit unions informed of the latest regulatory developments.
