Each year, we set aside 10 percent of our annual net income to invest back into our members' communities through our Affordable Housing Program (AHP). These resources help members to provide critical funding for affordable housing development throughout the communities they serve. Since 1990, the FHLBanks have awarded approximately $5.8 billion in AHP funds, assisting more than 865,000 households.
