Do not wait.

Are you ready for that new promotion? That new project? That new responsibility?

That little voice inside our head sometimes whispers "no." Just wait a bit. Things are a bit busy. Maybe next time. 

All the CEOs at NAFCU's Management and Leadership Institute disagreed. If you wait until you are certain that you are ready, you'll likely wait your whole life.
