Today has been a wee bit busy at good ol' NAFCU. Â I hope you don't mind if I just share a few short tidbits.
BSA. Â FinCEN has released the most recent issue of two publication, the SAR Activity Review: Trends, Tips and Issues, and the SAR Activity Review: By the Numbers. Â These publications are "must reads" for compliance officers that work with BSA issues. Â Section 5 of the "Trends, Tips and Issues" publication deals with PEPs - AKA, politically exposed persons.Â
