Today is the start of NAFCU's Congressional Caucus in Washington D.C. Credit union leaders from throughout the country will be hearing from (and talking to) their representatives and key players from the Obama Administration and the regulatory agencies.
What will they be talking about?

*Privacy Notices. Just a quick note on the Annual Privacy Disclosure Notices. While H.R. 749 was passed by the House in March 2013, it still needs to pass the Senate and be signed by the President before it would take effect.Â
In short, until the Senate and President act - credit unions need to continue sending their annual privacy disclosures to members.
