Musings from the CU Suite

It is a bit before six a.m. in Memphis, Tennessee. I'm here in this beautiful city to do some strategic planning for a NAFCU member. 

I'm trying to simplify my message. Sometimes, planning and strategy can be far too complicated. Here are the things I'll try to hammer away at today.

1. What keeps you up at night?
2. What opportunities make you most excited?
3. What are you going to do about items 1 and 2?
4. And finally, where are your blind spots? What are the chances that you're completely wrong about 1 and 2? And what is missing from the list? 

What do you all think? Am I missing anything?
