OK, so what channel is the game on?
Written by Anthony Demangone
This week, I was in Houston visiting some credit unions. After a long day of driving around the area's well-organized and peaceful roadways (ha!), I drove to my hotel.
I clicked out a few emails, had some dinner, and then decided to watch game one of the World Series. I found the remote control, but that's only half the battle.Â
What channel is the game on? And if I knew whether it was on TBS, NBC, FOX or CBS, just what channel would that be on the hotel's cable system?
I looked for a list of channels, but I couldn't locate one. After 15 minutes (yes, I understand I could have clicked through all the channels by then...), I found the channel list in the hotel booklet, after a list of nearby restaurants.Â
Of course! I should have looked there first!
Is that a big gripe? No. But one hotel I stayed in a few years ago fixed this problem in a simple, beautiful way.
They wrapped the "clicker" with a channel list. If you find the remote, you've found the channels.Â
Perfect.
To watch TV, I need to find the clicker, and I likely need the list. Don't make me hunt for both.
Do your members ever need to jump through two hoops to get what they want at your credit union? If the answer is yes, please make both hoops easy to "find!"

I've been chastised by many of you for the lack of photos of Kate and Briggs. Hopefully, this dose will get you through the weekend!
Briggs is learning the value of being prepared. Â And Kate wants to be a very friendly witch for Halloween!
Have a great Thursday, everyone!
