last week, I had a wonderful meeting with the management team of a NAFCU member credit union.

The CEO asked me to repeat a talk she had seen at a NAFCU Conference: The Risk of Irrelevancy.

I did the talk via webex, and then they had a quarterly management team strategy meeting.
