Halloween is just around the corner. I was in New Orleans this week for NAFCU's Compliance Seminar and first BSA conference. I think many missed the memo along Bourbon Street. Quite a few seemed to be wearing their costumes a bit earlier than necessary. And I'll just leave it at that!
