Extreme member service.Â
Credit unions and trade association are a lot alike on this point: without members, what's the point?
So our goal is to provide extreme member service to you whenever we can. Â And we utter that phrase every chance we get around here.
So, I'm in the office of my colleague Eric (our IT Guru) the other day. Â And what do I see?
Nice. Â And then I walked down the hall, and this was outside of the office of Barbara, another colleague.Â
I know that it is extremely difficult to hit this mark of service consistently. Â But that is the goal. Â Pure and simple. Â I know that excellence is more than slogans.
All that being said, I just love seeing stuff like this.  (Feel free to copy this idea shamelessly.  I'd just change the logo.)Â
