A Job Versus a Career

Today is "Day Two" of NAFCU's Congressional Caucus. So far, it has been a wonderful blur of meetings, briefings and networking.
But I will say this: This conference is always a shot in the arm.Â
This week I've met person after person who love their jobs. Who love their credit union. Who love this industry.
They are here to teach lawmakers about what they do. Their challenges. Their hopes. About that they do for their members.Â
You can quickly tell when someone has a just a job versus a person who has a career.Â
The latter have ownership. And that can make all the difference.Â
