Keeping Copies of Member Driver’s Licenses in Files

Question - We have been told by our auditor that we should not be placing a copy of our member’s driver’s licenses in their loan file Can we keep a copy of a member’s driver’s license if it is for purposes of the Bank Secrecy Act’s Costumer Identification Program (CIP)?
