Prohibition Orders; Board Agenda Set; 100 and counting...
NCUA recently issued prohibition orders against six individuals. Access them here.  Food for thought: these orders might make for an interesting addition to a training session. They send a clear message to credit union employees: people are watching what they do. In the recent batch of prohibition orders, one former loan officer faces 28 months in prison and restitution payments of almost $250,000.Â
