Managing Examinations in Challenging Times

During these challenging times, we've heard from a number of NAFCU-member credit unions that want to clarify what they can do when they disagree with an examiner's position during an exam. Â With that question in mind, I produced the following document, Managing Examinations in Challenging Times.Â
The document highlights available options for credit unions who do not see eye-to-eye with NCUA examination staff on a given issue. Â We've decided to make it available for NAFCU members and non-members, as we all benefit from accurate examinations.Â
