The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) recently issued Complying with COPPA: Frequently Asked Questions which aims to help the industry understand recent changes to the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regulations that go into effect July 1, 2013.  The FAQs â€“ a small entity compliance guide – feature 92 frequently asked questions on the recently amended COPPA.
