FHA Violations; Shameless Plug

HUD has been busy and not just getting RESPA finalized. Last week, HUD issued violations against 120 lenders for FHA violations. The recently signed Helping Families Save Their Homes Act gives additional enforcement tools to battle FHA-related fraud.Â

The weather won the softball games last night. The NAFCU Nationals will have to wait until next week to attempt to reach the magical .500 mark.
