The Blog; This and That; Tutu
Posted by Anthony Demangone
Someone recently told me that they planned on organizing all of the daily NAFCU compliance blog emails into categories. Â I think that is a great idea, as it would help you scroll through all of the posts on a given topic, such as privacy, or Regulation B. It's such a great idea that it already exists.
Many compliance peeps who receive the daily blog email never venture to the actual home of the blog.
- Here's a link to the blog's home page.  On the right-hand side, you'll see a long list of categories. Â
- If you want to see an example of how one works, here's a link to the Privacy Category.Â
- The blog's web home also has a search function, which you will find in the upper left-hand corner.
- Finally, the blog's web home does allow you to add comments to specific blog posts, such as - Demangone, where did you learn to spell? Â Or - Demangone, what were you smoking when you wrote that?

Here are a few other items of note:
- Indirect lending.  NCUA has provided an agenda for its November 9th indirect lending webinar.  They'll hit red flags, regulation and guidance, best practices and more.  You can sign up for the webinar from the link above.
- Reg Flex. NAFCU members: we have issued our Final Regulation on the RegFlex final rule.Â
- Flood.  The FDIC continues to hammer banks (Bankersonline.com) for flood violations.Â

Someone received their first tutu last weekend. Â She hasn't had it off since.Â
