ATM Fee Disclosure & CFPB Privilege Bills Pass Senate; NCUA Webinar; Member Call-In

Yesterday, we gave a roundup of various issues On the Hill.  Last night, the Senate passed both the ATM Fee Disclosure bill as well as the CFPB Privilege bill.  These will both move along to President Obama's desk for his signature.  You can find additional details in the NAFCU Today.  The NAFCU Today also has the latest on the TAB/NIBTA bill which would extend the unlimited share insurance on noninterest-bearing transaction accounts.
