Here are some items of interest.

NAFCU Members. The most recent issue of the NAFCU Compliance Monitor is available.  Also, don't forget that we keep on updating our Book of Answers (6th link down within the Resources area.) Both are only available to NAFCU members, so have your log-in information necessary.  For any non-member federal credit unions out there, email me if you are interested in a free trial membership with NAFCU.   

Current Issues in Credit Union.  The most recent episode is available, so fire up your iPod. 

NCUA Annual Report. NCUA has posted a combined 2008-2009 annual report.  The report is a nice overview of those two years, creating a historical document that might come in handy for research projects. 

The Federal Credit Union.  NAFCU members, keep in mind that NAFCU publishes The Federal Credit Union, a glossy magazine that focuses on issues important to federal credit unions.  NAFCU's compliance division usually pens a compliance column.  Read our most recent column here.  This column focuses on a recent FDIC consent order that underscores how important compliance is, and the importance of providing enough resources to properly manage compliance risk.
